Anglo-Irish project(s) management

ADM designed two exploration wells for a client, one in UK’s Southern North Sea and the other, offshore Ireland.

The scope of work for the pre-spud period included well design, rig selection, service tendering (equipment, personnel, logistics including land transportation, vessels and helicopters) and evaluation/ recommendation, plus all government permitting and liaison in the UK and Ireland. ADM also established a remote office in Cork to manage the Irish well. The client managed the SNS well and ADM managed the Irish well out of Cork.

The Irish well was successfully completed within budget. ADM provided offshore personnel for both operations.
