Short notice project management

At three days notice ADM took over the management of a problem operation in Ireland for a new client.

By placing high quality personnel from ADM and associate Houston Drilling Management in key positions, control of the project was regained and the well successfully completed and tested despite major problems with inherited service providers.

Control and attention to detail by ADM resulted in the final estimated field cost being within 3% of actual billings on the 110-day project duration.
