Complex tender evaluation

ADM took over and managed the tender process for complex casing running services for a UK operator.

The work-scope included preparation of an invitation to tender for all platform, jack-up and semi-submersible operations. A detailed technical study into contractor capability was undertaken for running standard carbon steel, 13% Cr and 25% Cr corrosion resistant alloys (CRA’s). The technical study included reviewing standard, reduced, and non-marking tong/insert systems.

The technical and commercial evaluations were combined to provide the best value solution for the client.
