How many of you remember so-called “Management Consultants” coming round and restructuring your company?

Fashions change – some years “big” is vogue – other years “small is beautiful” – it seems to happen with an almost biblical 7-year cycle. At the end of it though, you end up wondering why your company wasted so much money to have an order created that simply did not work in any practical sense – let alone an economic sense!

Having asked ourselves those questions many times now – we do feel that we have a highly positive contribution to make in terms of Organisational Structure – we understand “our” industry and its people.
